Professional training roots
The group’s formal corporate journey began through Vision Research & Management Pvt. Ltd., registered in 1998. This phase created the foundation for professional training, insurance-sector capacity building and consulting.
Insurance services and training expansion
With VIRAM & Brokers Pvt. Ltd. and Narayan Institute of Management Pvt. Ltd., the group expanded into regulated insurance broking and strengthened its training capabilities. These entities added both service depth and professional credibility to the group.
Hospitality and public service
Hotel Kanishka added a hospitality and service dimension to the group, offering hotel, restaurant, banquet and event facilities. It became a visible public-facing brand built around service, comfort and local trust.
Education institutions
From 2009 onward, the group’s education work expanded under Vision Educational & Charitable Trust. SSRP Multiservices Pvt. Ltd. and PolarBear Tech represent the group’s technology direction. Through products such as EduBuddy, HotelBuddy and ExpenseBuddy, the group has moved towards software, automation, AI-enabled tools, ERP systems and digital services for institutions and businesses.
